On your mark, get set, and GO! Our Labor Day sale begins tomorrow, September 2nd at 9:00am sharp. We have done some house cleaning and have the porch full of goodies. The bolted fabric is $5.00 a yard, Friday it will be $4.00 a yard, and Sat. it will be $3.00 a yard. We have kits, patterns, books, and one of a kind merchandise anywhere from 25%-75% off. Shop early for the best selection. I have a few spots left in our mystery class that is being held at Maple Lag on Sept. 11. Give us a call for all the details. GREAT NEWS! We have decided to open our mystery guest class {Sept 11} at Maple Lag to those of you who can not attend the retreat! The cost for the day is $65.00 which includes your class fee and lunch. I promise your won't be disappointed! If you would like to share dinner with us and see the trunk show add $15.00. For those of you who have been procrastinating we have a few openings for the Sept. retreat. { Sept. 8-12} Call the store for more info. Don't miss our Annual Labor Day weekend sale. It's starts Sept. 2 and runs through Sept. 4. The front porch will be filled with clearance fabric and will be $5.00 a yard on Thursday, $4.00 a yard on Friday and $3.00 dollars a yard on Saturday. Did the thunder wake you up? It sure did the trick for me! A quick reminder that Material Girls meets today at 9:00am, 1:00pm, or 6:00pm. We have lots of great things to show you. Quilting in the Pines is just around the corner! Step 1. Pick up your registration form at Back Porch Quilts. Step 2. Bring your quilt or quilts in any time this week BEFORE Saturday July 24th. Step 3. Come and visit with your fellow quilters, stroll along and see all the wonderful quilts that have been entered this year, grab some lemonade and popcorn and enjoy the day with us here at THhePorch! July 24th 9-3:00 pm. We hope to shatter last years number of entries……..so stop on by and drop those quilts off that you have been piling up over the past 12 months. Top five vote getters will receive a gift from Back Porch Quilts. { John Wheeler said that we are in for a wonderful sunny day on the 24th!} We are currently taking registrations for our fall retreats at Maplelag Sept 8-12 and Nov 10-14. You can stay for 3 days, 4 days, or 5 days….you choose! We have a mystery guest coming for the Sept. retreat…..2nd clue, sewed their first quilt at the tender age of 7. Give
